The Planning Board is authorized to review and approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove site plans and subdivisions of land pursuant to and in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in the Zoning Law and New York State Town Law.
The purpose of the Law is to allow the proper integration into the community of the uses listed in the Law. The Board reviews the impact of such actions on surrounding properties; the impact on the natural, historic, and scenic resources of the Town; protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the community; for adequate storm water management, utility infrastructure, traffic management; and other issues that ensure substantial conformance with the Town of Conesus Subdivision Law, Zoning Laws and Comprehensive Plan.
